Think of a feedback in the class, think of an appraisal program in the company, think of a product that was launched in the market, think of a government program. They all will be examined for performance, effectiveness and their worth. We need to evaluate ourselves continuously in order to live and work effectively. People are afraid of travelling inwards because in a materialistic society, it’s all about showing off in front of others.
