1.Driving under the influence (DUI), commonly called "drunk driving," it refers to operating a motor vehicle while one's blood alcohol content is above the legal limit set by statute, which supposedly is the level at which a person cannot drive safely. is currently the crime or offense of driving.

Driving under the influence (DUI), is considered as a crime because the ability to drive a motor vehicle is materially impaired by the consumption of alcohol or drugs, including prescription medication to be incapable of exercising proper control over the vehicle, which in turn can led to the Traffic accidents and finally loss of life. Traffic accidents are predominantly caused by driving under the influence for people in Europe between the age of 15 and 29, it is one of the main causes of mortality According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration alcohol-related crashes cause approximately $37 billion in damages annually. Every 51 minutes someone dies from an alcohol-related crash.

2. DUI laws are tougher on individuals under 21 age because The high crash rates of teenage drivers are well known .the person under this comes under the teen age which is called the age of stress and storm more ever the age of drinking just starts. Under this age youth’s overestimation of driving skill and capability of hazard recognition as well as underestimate the crash consequences which increase the risk of a crash. These characteristics are found most often in young, male drivers, helping to explain.

Like, you are unable to drive any vehicle. 2. If you are traveling within the United States, most airlines require you to display your driver’s license with your boarding pass before you board a plane. You feel inconvenience in travelling to school ,office etc ,medical history for which you need to visit doctor on weekly basic you are unable to visit etc

I will do my best to see that it doesn't happen again and if in unfortunate case I will be arrested for drunken driving there will be several things that are going to happen I will lose my driving privileges , things will be going to get very expensive. Court appearances, fines, and fees are just the beginning. I will be taken to DUI School, getting evaluated for a drinking problem, getting treatment will feel vary guilt about hat specific behavior, I will experience tension, remorse, and regret,”. Families will experience emotional distress. The reaction of the family members , co workers and friends would be bad towards me .They will shows the harsh attitude after committing such offence .I will lost the value and the trust from the eyes of my family, co workers ,friends etc. Yes it will have the negative effect on my job and career. it will create trouble in my job and career.
