Question
ANALYTIC WRITING
In Move 3 of the Five Moves in Analytic Thinking and Writing, Rosenwasser and Stephen explain how analysis makes "explicit (overtly stated) what is implicit (suggested by not overtly stated) in the text." The Evian Water ad in that section is an example of a visual image whose meaning is implied, and I've provided an analysis of it that makes its meaning explicit.
Search online to find an image or video (no longer than 1 minute) where the meaning is implied rather than explicitly stated. You should also have a clear idea of at least one purpose of the image/video.
In your initial post, include a link to it (or embed it if you know how to use the HTML editor) so that your group members can see it. Don't analyze it yet. Just post the link and ALSO post the source of the image/video. You can use art as long as a purpose can be derived.
Explanation / Answer
In the following image, the meaning is implied rather than explicitly stated: https://goo.gl/images/KC8bsD
