Though e-therapy has its pros and cons, I reckon it is great form of taking therapy. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. It's not only convenient and hassle free but also has an anonymity tag that makes anybody comfortable to take therapy. Usually individuals have second thoughts about therapy due to the stigma attached to it. Individuals with not very serious and psychotic disorder can definitely try e-therapy. I am sure it would be helpful in some way or the other.
