No, the multicultural, transnational society is not truly sustainable and durable over time. Surely they do sustain for a period of time but after a particular span, they are thrown out or it gets difficult for them to survive as ethnically distinct groups always reassert themselves. The major reason that separates the group of people is their origin, where they came from, their religion, caste, and creed. Even the level of income, their economic status and well being plays a major role in separating these groups. People often look for the groups whose standard match with theirs and they feel comfortable living among them and treat others with disrespect. Similarly, the present generation cannot live in the same society as their elder ones because they don't entertain any type of hinderance in their social and personal lives. This comes due to ethnicity, as the elder ones are following some rules which are outdated and present generation cannot sustain it.
