This paper will be at least seven pages long, if not more, when it is finished. velop your Case 1: Rachel, a teenager, has developed a ritual of checking and then double checking that all the doors in her home are locked before going to bed. If she doesn't check the locks, she becomes anxious and can't sleep until she has completed this ritual. She can think of nothing else until she is sure they are locked. Recently, she has started to unplug all electrical devices from the wall outlets. This is causing great concern for both Rachel and her parents.

Rachel has got Obssessive compulsive disorder. If she doesn't checks the doors she gets anxious. The person suffering from OCD has persistent and recurrent thoughts which are unwanted. They are repetitative actions that we feel compell to perform.

Wanda is suffering from Multiple personality disorder or dissociative identity disorder occurs when person's identity is fragmented into two or more distinct personalities. its symptoms are forgetfullness, inability to recll information. There is change in behaviour, cognition and motor function. There is transition from one persoanlity to other personlaity which is often triggered by stress. This usually due to effect of extreme stress experienced in the childhood

Alfred is suffering from narcissistic personality disorder, people suffering from this disorder have lack of emptahy for others and always seek self admiration. If they are not admired they are demanding, arrogant. They often believe that they are somewhere superior or special, they are preocuupied with ideas of power, beauty, intelligence. They exaggeratte their own importance.

Bill is suffering from Agoraphobia. People of agoraphobia may have fear of not leaving home, or fear of bein in unfamiliar place. It is mostly the result of panic disorder. People often suffer from shortness of breath,nausea, upset stomach, rapid heartbeat. Those with Agoraphobia feel safe at home. They fearful of large crowds, they find it hard to enjoy new activities.

Junita is siffering from conversion disorder, in this mental pr physical stress causes physical symptoms without existence of actual conditions, its symptoms includes, blindness or hearing loss, weakness in arms or legs. They abruptly start at the start of traumatic or stressful event. It is normally caused by extreme stress,emotional trauma or depression
