The very first line would include a very warm welcome to the new customer and the very next sentence would clearly depict the goal of the organization i.e. in what ways he company would be assisting the customer in his entire journey so that the customer feels good about the fact that he is being welcomed and rational enough to understand that there is something in it for him as well. The next portion of the welcoming email would contain the benefits that he would be getting as a privileged customer who registered for their email; this will create an awareness and wold keep the customer interested. Also valuable information such as on boarding steps to get started would also be attached in the email. When we were to end the welcoming email then it will be told to the customer that what all difference is there between him being a privileged email enrolled customer and the other customers in the market so that he gets interested din opening and reading the mails more often than not. The end part would express gratitude and contact information for any doubts or clarification.
