My company is in E Commerce industry. Indiamart one of the biggest business to business E commerce firms, it is a match making company between suppliers and buyers.
Yes Indiamart follows principles of good governance and it has been doing this since last decade. Professional ethics have never been compromised by the organization; a good sense of professionalism prevails in the organization as all employees are aware of how to behave in a professional environment, managers of the particular department are accountable and single chain of command in the form of leadership is also a principle of good governance that Indiamart is always appreciated about.
Company claims to be ethical and socially responsible firm as it has always taken care of environment, has invested a lot in pollution control, in adopting ethical ways of doing business by ensuring that labour laws are also followed and lastly one of the major socially responsible initiative that company has done is that they have started a NGO for orphans.
