1. Yes, ADHD is under diagnosed. As the symptoms of ADHD is less obvious among girls compared to boys in their childhood and also in the adults, ADHD goes often often under diagnosed and untreated in such conditions.

2.The difference between ADHD, and conduct disorder and oppositional defiant disorder are that ADHD is an inability to focus, and is related to impulsivity, inattention and hyperactivity. ADHD is also a severe form of disorder related to CNS of the brain. Whereas, both conduct disorder and oppositional defiant disorders are mild form of disorders that is related to repeated doing of unacceptable behavior with an intention.
