The difference between categorically and hypothetical imperative is that categorical imperative is something which must be done irrespective of what it gives in return. Whereas, hypothetical imperative have goals, and if you do something then you achieve that goal
a. Hypothetical. There is condition attached to it, which means that if you want others to be honest then you also have to be honest.
b. Categorical. There is no goal attached to it, and you have to do it whether you like it or not.
c. Hypothetical. Everyone interest should be considered equally, so that everyone can be happy. It is done in consideration of others interest.
d. Hypothetical. It does not say we should not cheat, but it says if you don't want to get caught then you should not cheat.
