It’s maker is facing charges of committing fraud to the consumers. This is because, the makers of the brands have failed to show to their consumers that the product that they have made is actually protecting the consumers. Rather it is being claimed that the testing was flawed in many aspects and gave the consumers assurances that were hollow without informing them about the health hazards. Osmosis skincare and harmonised water had advertised that their water was the first drinkable sunscreen in the world. According to them, the water contained forms of radio frequencies which were referred to as scalar waves, that vibrated over the skin in order to bring about neutralisation of the UVA as well as the UVB waves, resulting in protections that were comparable to the SPF30.
