Sally prefers to use cash when making purchases; she never uses her credit card (except for online shopping) She keeps her credit card in her wallet between her bank card and student ID. She keeps her wallet in her purse. Today Sally has plans to go to a festival. Since many of the venders at the festival do not take credit, she decides to go to a drive-through ATM to withdraw some cash. As Sally drives up to the ATM, her favorite song starts playing on the radio. She turns up the radio and starts singing along. Still singing, Sally opens her purse and takes out her wallet. She opens her wallet in order to take out her bank card. After inserting her card into the teller machine she realizes that she accidentally grabbed and used her credit card instead of her bank card.

Answer-  Sally's action of inserting credit card in place of her debit card would be an example of description error. Description error is one of the six types of "slip" which occurs when an individual does the correct action on the wrong object. Description of actions can be visual, spatial or semantic. While singing, Sally inserted her credit card in place of her ATM card which shows that she did correct action on the wrong object.
