Law suit is something that employees take into their hands as a weapon to threaten or meet their demands.In this case the employee has had a history of filing a suit against the employer and takes it for granted that he could use it again to do what he wants.The fact that settlement was made outside the court should be looked into and for what reason the settlement was made.Strict rules can be administered without fearing a lawsuit and threats by the employee.the only decision that one can take in this case is if the employee does not perform well,or continues to threaten using his status he can be expelled from the company as his influence can affect the other workers as well.
