Explanation / Answer

The calculation of BMI has to be considered to asses the wieght gain or weight loss.many weight loss programs are avialable and the claorie intake has to be considered important .IN the BMI i had taken,i follow the intermittent fasting where we eat for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours,for example eating from 2pm-10 pm and fast after that.This helps to cleanse and detoxify the body and reduce calorie intake.reduction in carbs helps to maintain calories and there are the good carbs and bad carbs.The diet should include more vegggies than carbs,plenty of fruits and salads.Avoid caffeine,tea and any processed food or drinks,include only fresh juices.

According to the BMI iam overweight and my calorie intake has to be not more than 900 in a day.I was consuming 1500 claories, i have altered a diet that requires this specific claorie intake.I have changed my eating pattern by reducing rice in my diet and supplementing with brown rice or roti.I have eliminated sugar,salt and caffeine.All these have an adverse effect as sugar and salt are not essential as food have natural sugar in them.Caffeine causes irritablity .I have included more fresh juices and friuts.My present intake of calorie is 700 a day.
