(Answer) At the time of Newton and Darwin, biblical fundamentalism was at the core of societal convictions. This means that the people did not really focus on the implications and teachings of their religion as much as they focused on the literal accounts of things. Individuals like Newton and Darwin talked about forces and ideas that actually did negate the beliefs of the creationists of society.

In order to focus one’s beliefs on such scientific teachings, one would have to re-evaluate how exactly they interpret their religion. This means that adopting scientific beliefs would mean a shift in their perspective of religious convictions. People would have to have faith in their religious texts and interpret them, based on its implications, its morals and other aspects as opposed to taking it literally.

This is why Collins and Porris meant that the very core of one’s beliefs would have to evolve. Similarly, an organisational visionary is one who seeks to change the old methods of functioning. In most cases, an organisational visionary places the utmost importance on the resources that the people have to offer as opposed to the bottom line.

Wheatley says that in organisations today, problem-solving sessions are like war-zones and competing ideas are the enemy. She says that this aggressive and competitive culture should change in the workplace. She says problem-solving should be free of aggression. The five stages of problem-solving she says should be:
