How would you characterize the difference between spirituality and religion? How do you think these two concepts are reflected in our world today?

Many religions purport that people should be humble, compassionate, charitable and should think of others' well being before their own. Yet, some research on subjective well-being suggests that we should focus on building our self-esteem and fostering our own happiness first. Are these two positions actually unique in their perspectives? Do you feel we have to choose between the two? Why or why not?

Step-1

Sprituality and religion are interrelated to each other.but still have quite difference. Spirituality is specific term where givesindividual autonomy to interpret the spirit or soul but religion is board term where Religion is general term and communial practice and worship to a God who is superhero, Creator, most gracious and merciful.

Step:in today world society spirituality is practice through religion, meditation.spiritual people are more confident, good self-esteem, and optimistic.it makes people more compasanate and gracious with being self actualized.so when are develop spirituality then they can realize the world and make significant contribution for welfare others.

Religion is faith or believe about God .it's have massive impact in today world.A true religion is reflect the peace and humaity in today world. Religion is way of life ..it's not only talk to look at ownself but be charitable, welfare person for needy person .today we are living frustrated, depressive world, where religion is only weapon which diminish all the negetive emotion and enlightened with happiness.

Religious is beliefs is someone experience where spirituality is beliefs in own experience.yes they are unique in their prospective.

We have to choose both prospective .Both are remarkable and significant to shape a comolcom human being.ofcousre we should be compensated, humble , charitable but also be concerned about own self.The first critiria of religion and spirituality is recognized your self, your concious, spirit.otherwise how could we think about others .we should Firstly give importance to ownself.we should develop self esteem and make happy ownself.Then we should think about others, then we should be devoted own self for chairtable and welfare to others .so both should be choosen
