Question
13. Existentialism is a philosophy that emphasizes individual existence, freedom and choice. It is the view that humans define their own meaning in life and that we must try to make rational decisions despite existing in an irrational universe. We are ultimately responsible for our lives and how we live it and what happens in it. To live our lives, we must feel we have a purpose. What is your purpose? Why are you here? What do you want to accomplish with your life? When you are on your death bed (hopefully many years from now!) what do you want your legacy to be? What do you want people to say about you after you leave them?
