Question

I was reading about something called the lilly wave and I found a post by someone online

"Several government patents have proven the ability (and desire) to control the brain through electronic mind control techniques. While old fashioned techniques, such as electrodes, are no longer necessary and the target can be targeted via electronic frequencies that manipulate the brain’s water molecules essentially changing the way a person feels or reacts. The Lilly Wave was developed by a Dr John C Lilly during his time at the US National Institutes of health. In the course of his work, Lilly discovered that a certain form of wavelength could manipulate the water molecules within a subject’s brain which could essentially change the way that they think and feel. According to Patrick Flanagan, the US government had immediately decided to weaponize the technology as soon as it came to light."

from a scientific standpoint is this possible??? with those specified frequencies can someone create a device that induces mind control????

Explanation / Answer

From a scientific standpoint it's possible that waves with specific wavelength may effect the neurons of the brain and may induce a certain contol, but this is to be tested profoundly on scientific basis. Lily waves are hyped more than needed, and requires a skeptical observation as this is an emerging field that has been over hyped, before getting into any conclusion. Though, it is not a pseudoscience, but needs a careful handling of the facts, as developing a technology as such needs much more advancement and achievement, which is not impossible task in the near future.
