Explanation / Answer

From my perspective, Morita therapy would be wonderful for me. I constantly encounter feelings of fear and worry, hopelessness and fear. I have undergone traditional therapies and found that these focus too much on talking about and overcoming these feelings. There have been many instances wherein I’ve feel frustrated and disappointed in myself because of my inability to overcome them. However, the principles of Morita therapy are focused on a broader perspective and the necessary action for a wholesome life. Furthermore, it promotes a connection with and immersion in the natural world, a place which has always been a source of energy and inspiration for me.
