Explanation / Answer

1. Currently there are issues and concerns that I face with my boss. These include heirarchy issues and official politics. There hav ebeen attempts to break into the team and use 'divide and rule' in order to manipulate the co-workers and leaders. This led to troubles and sub-conscious assuptions made about one another.

2. The conflict occured when I was to report to her for the client reports made during the week. She being of a lower qualification, it was difficult to bring about the acceptance of this hierarchial order. This was reinforced by other managers across departments. The conflict started off whre negative and critical feedback of reports was made, despite her own failure to produce effective outcome.

3. The positive intention, if considered includes the fact that from her end this may have been a constructive feedback in order to improvise on the quality of work.

My feels here were that of detesting and anguish. Also, under-achievement whereby I felt like a better organization would be a better choice than for settling here.

Collaboation and win-win leadership is certainly the best in this case whereby everyone has equal opportunities to express and contribute their share. However accomodating would be a better choice in case a conflict was to arise on trivial matters. There, the patience and consistency of one can lead to avoidance of conflict thereafter.
