The new generations belonged to a mix of the races from different backgrounds leading to the formation of new roots and lineages different from the races formed in the phylogenetic history. The US bureau confirms that by the year 2042, the ethic diversity and race of the non-hispanic will not form a majority and much of the population living in the US will belong to the white people who will dominate the country by the year 2050. The person in USA have mixed lineage with the original native tribal roots of america and generation of white race ahead after mixed crosses leading to the mixing of the generations and traditions and forming a new culture and authority in the society. Africans initially served as laborers in the slave farms but later earned reputation and freedom with prestigous jobs in many parts and regions of america.The circ 2000 analyzes the race, identity and ancestory of the people living in america. There are Asians, hispanics, Latinos and europeans from diverse ethnic backgrounds who migrated to america. The US constitution article 2 analyzes and classifies the people living there into various groups like free poeple , slave people and the non-taxed indians who lived away from the white inhabited regions of america. The federal law in the 1960s banned the discrimination of the people with equal rights in the voting of the people in the society. Statistical directive 15 involves the classification of the balck, white and the Hispanic people according to the racial ethnic background.
The major events that cause the cultural shift includes the migration of people to america belonging to different race and ethnic background, business dealings and trade, slavery and job opportunities and the high level of educations which are the root causes of these changes to USA.
