People are made to operate inside the framework of a group which is of familiar faces. Man is a social specie like social animals such as wolves, apes, etc. And it doesn't mean, that people automatically love each other, they do not know, as they are humans.

The aptitude for social behaviour is the inner part of an individual, which we have obtained in the action of our biological formation. We are social, whether we believe it or not. As the same way as we are born with two arms and two legs, we are also born with a predisposition for the skills of social.

Norms which is also known as Social Norm are the standard or rules of behaviour which social group of members share. They might be internalized—it means that they are incorporated within the individual so that there will be conformity without external punishments or rewards, or might be enforced by negative or positive sanctions from without.

Normative conformity is the conformity which arise because of the wish to be accepted and liked. Many people think of peer pressure among the teens when they think of normative conformity.

Informational conformity is a type of conformity which arises due to the correction of the desire. As some people might believe that they are wrong but still no agrees with them
