Post that reflects on our experience in a group and our experience as a participant-observer: When we work in groups, generally we work as a team. During the group working or team working the role of each team member is unique and all team member needs to support the group task or group project. My experience to work in a group is special, as it call for lot of learning for me as a individual and understanding the behavior and personal skill of my group members.
In group, we generally see a diverse nature of group members. Group members have different different skill, expertise and attitude levels. Group working experience s special and let us to learn a lot of people skills while working in groups.
Experiences as participant observer are basically the how we observe the group members and observe their behavior within the group and with each group members. This is a good opportunity of understanding the group behavior pattern of group members with each others. We can observe the behavior and attitude levels of each group members.
PO Cycle: The PO cycle is the cycle of raising the purchase order to vendors and then vendors will dispatch the goods to the company. The PO cycle will call for group working behavior. Some person will give the demand for the raw materials, and then some person will convert the demand into purchase orders. Then the some group member will coordinate with vendors for material availability and dispatch. Then some group member will receive the parts at plant and will plant for receiving investigation and inspections. Thus overall the PO cycle is a group working behavior where each group member will have different work content and al members works as a team to achieve the target for material purchase for the company.

Leadership style: The PO cycle impacts the daily leadership efforts as the PO cycle calls for lot of interactions and follow-ups with various group members and vendor members. Thus it helps in developing the better leadership styles in effective managing the PO cycle in the organization.
