A conflict is soemthing that leads to disengagement between two parties and leads to a misunderstanding and/or miscooperation between the two parties involved.
The first strategy to managing the conflict would be to talk about the problem from the perspective of both the parties in order to have all th cards on ones table. The second part would be to accommodate the interests of both the parties in order to have an effective conduit of communication.
The third part would be to have a discussion which leads to a sense of collaboration on bithe parties. A collaboration means that both the parties have an equal share in the decision and have a sense of understanding for each other's needs and if not meet the complete need, they meet the half need at least.
The strategies that should be avoided are that of compromise, which is giving everything to one party without conserving own needs, as thst would lead to resentment.
The other thing that should be avoided is the use of competing, which leads to only take one's own Good will and rejecting the others.
