Trust is important as confidentiality is a major factor in these issues.Family can be confronted for help and to help the patient.One can expect them to be trustworthy for the benfit of the patient.It is easier to trust others in most cases as we feel they do not breach the trust and confidentiality in us.It is normal for us to have easy trust on others than convincing them to trust us.

if the trust is broken it has adverse effects and it takes a long time for the trust to be regained and in some cases it is not build however hard one tries to do so.
