This helps in clear understanding the overall process with all its desired outputs and key inputs.
Clinical Trials: The mapping of process involved in the clinical environment or clinical operation environment are known as the clinical trial process mapping.
People or organizations are involved in these processes, their interaction: These process maps clearly explain the persons or organizations which are connected with this clinical trial process are the important inputs for the sub processes of the clinical trial process. Thus the process mapping includes all the persons and organization which are related to the given process, are all important inputs to the process.
The interaction of these persons and organization are linked with respect to their individual sub-process. Thus for each sub process mapping the concern peoples and organizations will interact with each other and help in delivering the desired output for the process. The process can run with the help of inputs only and result in desired outputs.
