Subject: Appeal claim for a delay in order.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has come to my attention that the order of a Model DPS-8 Sony Blu-ray player placed by me on 5th December was expected to arrive on the 20th of December but it was delayed and the order actually arrived on the 27th of December but that too it did not possess the necessary hardware to connect it to the amplifier, although the catalog stated that all the necessary hardware will be included.

I am very much disappointed and did not expect such a service from an organization like Orion and in addition the order was a gift to someone which makes me feel more embarrassed and humiliated at this point.

I hope that Orion will look into the issue at the earliest and either provide the actual product with all the necessary hardware requirements or refund the amount to me which was paid while purchasing the product.

Please take this as urgent and reply at the earliest regarding the decision taken by Orion to remedy the situation that I am in.
