She is working with PepsiCo for the past 17 years and she is the current CEO of the company. She is someone who gives the first preference to the communication skills and she has said that the there is no value for innovation unless the person can explain efficiently what is it. From 2001 to 2001 she increased the revenue of the company from 22 billion dollars to 33 billion dollars. Today she is one of the most powerful women in the world.
She is an excellent leader because she possesses qualities like strategic intuitiveness, Negotiation skills, ethical thinking, supportive leadership, customer oriented, perfection, and innovative. She has invested a lot of money in Research and development because she knows that the market is changing and the customers are asking for a change. She is a very confident and sensible leader who believes in hard work. She is always open to new ideas and opinions of the employees and also supports her employees when they need.She has never had unrealistic expectations from her employees and she knows what the company is capable of. She is also known for the SC model that she follows strictly. The model targets Competence, communication, courage, consistency, and compass.
So it is great to have the CEO of our company as well because she has the ability to plan for the future and also achieve the organizational goals. She has the taken the company forward on her shoulders because her stint at PepsiCo is not a smooth one. She never failed to prove wrong when they blamed her for the failures at the company. She has always fought back and shown to the world that she is a perfectionist and a true leader. She can take the responsibility of growing out organization irrespective of the current situation. She will strategically plan the next steps and put our company on the global map.
