Hello! My name is XYZ . I am from Madison, Wisconsin. Being from a small town, I value closeness and cohesiveness with the community, that I have experienced since my childhood. There is a peculiar kind of joy in being kind to others and I absolutely love to indulge in this joy. I love nature so my usual Fridays are all about trekking and being into the wild with my friends.

If the customer ordered a wrong product and I end up sending a wrong product, foremost, I would apologize for the wrong shipment that he had received. I would politely ask for the correct item the customer requires .Once known, I would make sure that the customer receives the correct shipment and is satisfied with the service. Also,it is crucial to let the customer know the procedure of returning back the wrong shipment, so that the product is recieved by the company. Customer satisfaction should be the first priority of any small or large scale business.I strongly follow this rule.

The ideal work enviroment should be participatory in nature, where the employees suggestions are taken into account, before the head of the management makes the decision. This not only contributes to the feeling of cohesiveness among the workers but also induces the feeling of achieving a shared goal, together.Motivation to be productive and goal oriented can only be achieved when the work enviroment practices inclusion among and with its employees.

I absolutely love animals ,specially dogs. I don't have any particular favourite dog. As a dog lover, I just can't be biased to one breed of dog. They all are deeply therapeutic in their own ways and I just love to groom,play and spend time with them. I can start immediately, if you would like that.
