In this specific case, owner of the Alexa artificial intelligence system is responsible. As artificial intelligence is wholly owned by the owner, it's his responsibility to maintain and to stop the use of intellectual property. As alexa has created a term that is called plagiarised, there is a violation of the intellectual property law. As Alexa is using jrr tolkien's copyright book to create a detailed encyclopaedia, this specific condition directly violet the intellectual property law as it copies the content from other creator. By copying the ptents and violating the law of the intellectual properties, alexa is deleting for copying data from the book and as operator could have been easily integrated this issue to an unethical as well as illegal point, where the intellectual property law has been violated.
