During strenuous exercise,the production of heat in body may exceed to 1000W.Some of the heat that is produced by the body is stored by which the body tempetarure is raised by few degrees. Evaporation of sweat and increased blood flow are effective mechanisms for exit of heat from the body, but dehydration impaires the capacity to sweat and loose body heat.Exercise improves by tolerance to heat by increasing the sensitivity to core temperature or sweat rate relationship by decreasing the core temperature threshold for sweating and there by total blood volume is increased.

To avoid dehydration, plenty of water should be taken timely before you get thirsty.Sports drink or energy drink should be taken every 15 to 20 minutes.High protein diets and alcohol should be avoided
