Effective human resource management is based upon the principles of restructuring the already set processes into more effective versions which improve productivity. Biggest restructuring needs to be done with the amount of work and type of work given to each employee and therefore depends on the process of delegation by the management. It is clear effective communication, appraisal and performance evaluation all play a role in the development of effective management practices by the HRM and essentially forgot effects employee job performance and growth.
