Explanation / Answer

I have chosen musculoskeletal activity because i think knowledge about these will help in maintaining physical fitness. The workout (crunch, sit ups, plank) helps in decreasing body weight and helps in maintaining the shape of body. Increased muscular endurance is an advantage. But, soreness and fatiguability are disadvantages My goal is to reduce my body weight and achieve normal body mass index I would definitely recommend this workout to others.
