Antidiuretic hormone that is ADH is produced by hypothalamus and regulated water content and blood pressure by acting on kidney tubule. So all factor that are coming related to this may alter it's function and regulations. Following are the causes of alternation.

A. ADH level also alter due to medication of diuretic agent and other drug of blood pressure

B. If there is destruction of adrenal cortex layer may alter cortisol which alter ADH

C. This is not for long time so not cause

D. This option also correct to cause alterations in ADH

E. This option also cause alterations because of action on symporter

F. This may cause alterations in t3 and t4

G. As ADH maintained water, this also reason of alterations
