However, in spite of having all the facility of implementing physical activity experiences to improve our performance of physical activity, it could not be done much ue to social reasons. Most of the times this is due to the nature of the work we have to do most of the times. This is affected by our social environment and sometimes by our family. Since, most of the works nowadays involve machines, we have become much more sedentary. For example, use of lifts too frequently decreases our capacity of gong up and down the stairs fast, which is sometimes needed during emergency. Atheletes also have to get trained according to their coaches. Too much of work out could decrease their physical ability.
2.Training is the process of bringing a person to an agreed standard of proficiency by practice and instruction. This usually involves a routine work. Conditioning is a process due to which, a response becomes more frequent or more predictable in a given environment as a result of reinforcement, with reinforcement typically being a stimulus or reward for a desired response. Conditioning also includes behavioral issues, where as physical training does not. Training is considered to be a part of conditioning.
3. We improve our abilities by proper education of the specific subject and training. However, physical abilities experience are required at times for tricky works or situations. For example while lifting an almirah during house shifting requires not only strength but experience of physical ability, because the places at which the almirah has to hold for lifting has to be known.
