It is a part of their duty as well as responsibility of the nurse is to provide the best care available for the patient. Ethically it's not appropriate to let a patient die and suffer for the services a nurse should offer to a patient. Nurses are trained to provide the best care and to look after the patient in any organisation.
Hospital has an unethical perspective in this is specific case. Hospital directly decrease the overall level of ethical services so what's the patient and practiced negligible care is provided to the patient by the hospital.
