In this specific case nurse was ethically right and provided specific care to the patient who was dying by the lack of care. It is a part of their duty as well as responsibility of the nurse is to provide the best care available for the patient. Ethically it's not appropriate to let a patient die and suffer for the services a nurse should offer to a patient. Nurses are trained to provide the best care and to look after the patient in any organisation.
Hospital has an unethical perspective in this is specific case. Hospital directly decrease the overall level of ethical services so what's the patient and practiced negligible care is provided to the patient by the hospital. This is specific practice is extremely negligible and should not be practice by any organisation as it is totally unethical as well as illegal. Providing proper care and treatment to the patient is responsibility of the hospital. If a hospital fails to deliver the specific treatment to the patients and creates negligence in delivery of the treatment services, it is a violation of the contract which is illegal and should not be practiced by the organisations.

Definitely the hospital violated the rights and responsibilities of the nurse. As nurse was doing her job according to her contract and her ethical perspective, provision of the best Healthcare services to the patient is the main goal of the nurse is inside the Healthcare facilities which was properly done in the specific case. Hospital was an ethical and fired the nurse for prompting out malpractice by the organisation and negligence of the care provided to the patient who died in this is specific incident.

Nurse's professional code of ethics is properly maintained in this specific case. As for the responsibility of the nurse, her services were ethical and she acted well in this specific situation. By showing the care towards the patient and doing the things by going against the organisations malpractice shows alignment with the nurses ethical orientation.
