Explanation / Answer

Answer:

3. True the connective tissue has direct blood supply. only the cartilage connective tissue has no direct blood supply in its extracellular matrix.

5. The development that takes place in the bone is known as ossification. Whereas this ossification has been divided in two forms i.e. the intramembraneous ossification and endochondral ossification. In the intramembraneous ossification the process leads to the formation of the flat bones of the skull and these types of bones formation takes place in mesenchyma itself. As the intramembraneous ossification is having four stages. So in the fiorst stage whatever is formed in the mesenchyma get condensed into the soft sheets having the blood capillaries and also the cell is differentiated as osteogenic cell and the formation of the trabeculae get started. Then in the second stage in the mesenchyma the calcium as well as the phosphate get deposited with the help of the osteoblast and formation of periosteum takes place. In the third stage the spongy bone get created and the marrow cavity get form as the osteoclast again absorbs and models the trabeculae.and in the fourth stage as the bone is filled with the deposition the spongy bone get converted into compact bone.

The another process of bone formation is the endocondral ossification in which the hyaline cartilage gets replaced by the bone.
