How do you know that a team you belong to is performing well? Consider the components of effective team performance (Figure 6-2) while developing your answer.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement from Chapter 6: “Teams that ignore the social side of their activity, do so at their peril—and, for clinical teams, at the peril of their patients.” Explain the rationale behind your answer.

2. components of the effective team performances are
open communications, meaning ful goals, defined work process, Constructive Conflict Resolution, positive corporate culture , giving recognition, Positive Feedback and Providing New Opportunities
3. The clinical investigators do assume that the medications will be taken correctly. The researchers tends to focus on the study design and the outcomess. The clinical trial subjects were not the passive followers of the researchers’ orders, and they are the active agents living on their own lives and enhancing what they see as of their own interests. In declining the constraints the research imposes, however, the subversive subjects may diminish the values of research related results. The behavior will presents the risks to own health and health of others as well.
