I will improve my domain knowledge on insurance. I will be doing this by learning about the details of insurance and its role in he society. I will also take up a certification course which will help me get the required certification regarding the domain. I will also study the clause and return details of the insurance that we have and the differences between different type of insurance needs to be identified. I will also evaluate my knowledge by discussing insurance related details with someone who has profound knowledge in the domain. I will improve skills regarding the conduction of a meeting in the workplace. I will be doing this by learning the details about the meeting and the DOs and DON'Ts in meeting which will help me understand what is expected and not. I will practice mock meetings and will try to take the initiatives of conducting actual meeting in the office. Feedbacks will be taken from the colleagues regarding my improvement and also the changes that I need to done in order to be better.
