Administrative 1

Administrative 2

This position includes all of the responsibilities of the Administrative 1 position plus some advanced capabilities. The Administrative 2 position requires administrative assistant experience with a college degree being preferred. The Administrative 2 position demands a strong understanding of word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Administrative 3

This position is responsible for performing basic market and financial analysis, interacting with top-level management, and aiding the executive level function. The Administrative 3 role requires a college degree and related experience, or at least 10 years of similar experience instead of a degree.

Administrative 4

This position is responsible for the efficient management of an office environment. Marketing 1

Marketing 2

The individual in the Marketing 3 role successfully manages Marketing 1 or Marketing 2 professionals. The position requires a four-year college degree with an MBA in Marketing preferred, and 5-7 years of experience.

Marketing 4

The Marketing 4 professional advises top company executives regarding their firm's long term marketing strategy, and possesses the ability to manage an entire marketing department successfully. At least 10 years of successful work experience with knowledge of all aspects of the marketing function is required, along with an MBA in the field.

Operations 1

The Operations 1 professional resolves client service issues via telephone, e-mail, and live web chats. This position typically provides information to customers, opens and cancels customer accounts, and records specific customer complaints. This role requires a high-school degree and is entry-level.

Operations 2

The Operations 2 professional supports operations professionals within the organization. This individual assists with financial and business analysis, accounting functions, and overall administrative and organizational support. The Operations 2 position requires a four-year college degree in addition to prior experience.

Operations 3
