Explanation / Answer

ANS) stratum basale : these are the deepest of all the five layers of the skin.they do not get a direct supply of blood The hypodermis layer that is rich in white adipose cells and contains large blood vessels supply the smaller vessels of the dermis.

osteocytes: these have direct supply of blood because they are always in contact of blood vessels, due to this the bone cells grow and reproduce at much faster rate

chondrocytes: they contain no blood vessels but the perichondrium that is a dense, irregular layer of fibrous tissue covering the chondrocytes ontsists of blood vessels which help in providing blood supply in them,

The cells need a blood supply close by because blood carries oxygen that in responsible for growth and life of a cell. so it always needs a blood supply to regenerate itself and live healthily.

The critical components of blood that all cells need and why does the cell need those components is: Hemoglobin which is the protein inside red blood cells that carries oxygen. Red blood cells also remove carbon dioxide from your body, transporting it to the lungs for you to exhale out of body
