Yes, we do agree with this statement. The above statement is very true, as it explains the two key important elements i.e. people and management, which have significant roles in the success of BPM projects or any projects. Without these two factors none of the project can be succeed. People and management are the two critical factors which can help the project to achieve its deliverables.
BPM project are successfully explored with these two factors i.e. people and management. These two factors led the BPM project to complete with their targets and the BPM was able to achieve its business results. This concept is so famous that it is being accepted at multiple business levels and it termed as social BPM. Thus it means BPM is being grew with social supports in such a way that a common name as “Social BPM” is become famous.
