The blood sugar test of tenzin reveled that her diabetes has progressed. The tenzin has already detected with diabetes befor and to control it she was advised to excersice regularly and bring changes in her diet. All this facts reflect that she has Type2diabetes (T2D). Type2diabetes develop when the cells of the body become resistant to the insulin actions. Insulin acts to lower the blood glucose level by increasing the tissue uptake of glucose. In the absence of this mechanism, blood glucose rises in blood and T2D occurs. Several factors lifestyle factors increase the susceptibility of developing T2D including obesity, inactivity, family history of the disease, a poor diet and sedentary lifestyle. Since Tenzin is apparently unable to change her lifestyle and largely inactive she has good chances of having Type2diabetes.
