In my opinion, an individual's experience or personal knowledge of a woman who has left the workforce to stay at home definitely influences the perceptions that many or most women do so because examples of such women who have left their jobs to be a home maker creates an impression in the minds of people that other women will also follow the same path. It creates a general feeling among the minds of people that women will leave their jobs under certain circumstances and decide to stay at home.
2. Some of the recommendations are as below:
a. Modify their work schedule to incorporate flexible timings so that they are able to take care of children or elderly at home. They can feel free to go home and take care of their dependents and work when they feel comfortable.
b. Work from home opportunity: Provide these people work from home opportunity as well since they have a lot of obligations towards their families. They must be given freedom to work from home which will also result in improving their efficiency since they will feel less tired and will be energised.
Implementing such recommendations would be a good idea because the organizations will be benefitted from motivated workforce. When the employees will get such facilities, they will be loyal towards the organization and feel motivated to remain in the organization as they get such great facilities.
