Explanation / Answer
What is relentless solution focus?
Relentless solution focus is a process in which a person is relentlessly determined towards one goal, and his focus is so strong, that he would strive in a number of ways to achieve his goal. In order to explain this, the example of Jack Canfield has been sighted, where a person should refuse to either give up or give in in order to do any thing to achieve his goal.
How do you define success and set goals leading toward that success?
Success can be defined as an accomplishment of a purpose, that would occur after a person puts endless efforts to achieve that purpose. Success only comes after a person is dedicated to wards that aim, such that they would plan and set up steps, one at a time, so that the accomplishment of one goal or one step, could be a move towards that particular aim. It is important, for any person who wants to be successful, goals should be set up in a progressive manner and only then the final aim could be achieved.
Can you give an example of someone, not mentioning any names, that you know who gets in his or her own way more than anything or anyone else?
I have a friend of mine who is known for their indecisiveness. In order to achieve something, or get on with something, it is very important that a person should be strong and clear with their decisions and abide by those set decisions. This friend of mine is so confused, that within a year they have changed their life plans as little as 6 times, and even today, their goal is not final.
Do you see apathy among your coworkers and what are the kinds of expressions and behaviors you observe that is apathetic?
No, I haven’t seen apathy among my co workers, though, if someone would have to be apathetic towards their office or work environment m they would come late to office, wouldn’t complete their assignments on time, wouldn’t be enthusiastic in their work, such that they would hardly bear a smile on their face and would reply in a rude manner to most of the colleagues.
