Other people in-house been concerned about how much Internet I use. Becoming defensive about your time spent online. Keeping a log of the time that you do spend online can control internet usage. Having an extensive support network to help you through the difficult times when you are most vulnerable and susceptible to using the internet. Substituting internet usage with healthy activities like going for a walk, reading a book, calling a friend etc. According to researchers adolescents when they watch violent video games become aggressive. Parents can restrict the kids from watching these violent video games by engaging with the kids and providing them with alternatives like making the kids play games like soccer, helping them make friends.
