Dear team members, for the benefit of all of us I believe that we should stay in the locker room instead of kneeling or stand up for the National Anthem. I know that it is disrespectful if we do not stand up when the national anthem is played, however, we should also see the practicality of how long we can do that. The people in the company play the national anthem every 20 minutes between 1 to 3 pm which is during our practice time. Due to this, the quality is compromised due to interrupted intervals. Therefore, to maximize our performance we have come up with the idea that our team will be in the locker room when the national anthem is played.
