These statements are instant job interview dealbreakers.
I’m Not Good At Working With People:

This article is about top things not to say in an interview. You have to sound enthusiastic and positive about the job. There are few things which should be avoided to prevent creating a negative impression on the mind of Interviewer. In this article such types of dealbreakers statements are being discussed which can result in not getting selected for the job.
The first statement discussed here is telling that you can not work in a team. Its okay that sometimes we like to work alone in a peaceful manner and not everyone gets along with all teammates very well. Some people are very introvert but they have good technical/functional skills and are very important part of team. Still you can not say this to a interviewer. Because Team work is very important for a company to grow. Its people who make it reach heights.
Second statement is about OCD. It should not be used in any case as it is a kind of mental disorder which is so frequently found in people. It may hurt the sentiments of interviewer if you tell you have OCD with work.
Third such example is asking questions about leave and holiday policy. It should be never asked in an interview rather it is asked and discussed during onboarding process. once you get selected then there is no harm in asking about it but during an interview, asking about vacation policy creates an impression that you are not interested in work.
Another example is saying bad things about your previous manger, colleagues or company to tell being the reason of looking for a change. You should always try to give positive sounding reasons like looking for better opportunities, career growth etc because no company would like a person sounding very negative in interview.
Try to ask as many questions you can in the end but obviously the relevant ones as it shows you are really interested in the job. If you say that you dont have any questions then it shows you are not interesated enough and not pursuing this position passionately.
