Explanation / Answer
1) eating more healthy foods.
2) this change is important because right now I want to stay healthy and fit want to loose weight..
3)not fully but to most of the extent I am successful but still more regularity has to be maintained..
4) yes definitely there are many situations, conditions when I was not able to do that like when some good food or we are going outside for food, due to the classes I am not able to get time for gymming..
