Yes i do agree with smaller organizations are more effective user of CRM than the larger organization.Small organizations have limited range of costumers and less customer data to manage and process in the geographic and demographic regions, When smaller business organization adopts CRM it is very easy to implement because smaller organization is more sensitive to change their target customer and the changes and the adjustments are done in the small mass compared with the larger organization, larger organization need to take care of their customer in worldwide or national range.It is not much difficult to make the changes in the small place whereas in the larger place they have larger number of customers and large volume of data need to be managed and adjusted and synchronized, which becomes very difficult and also makes the things to get messed up. The smaller organization will provide faster response on analysis of certain group of customer, so efficiency of using CRM will be higher.
The CRM which is designed for the large organization is called as Enterprise CRM, it mainly focused on solving the complexity features of Big companies. The enterprise CRM software system are mostly highly advanced in automation and customization. so they will be difficult to set up , also they use extremely powerful systems in different departments suh as sales, marketing, IT etc.
The CRM which developed for small business provides the less feature and they mainly focused on being simple and user friendly. smaller organization does not have any IT departments which makes CRM systems that are very easy to install.Another major difference between CRM for large organization and enterprise CRM is price.Enterprise CRM have ten time greater price compared to CRM for small organisation.
